Troy has extensive experience in helping individuals and families accomplish the goals established by their estate and trust planning. Prior to joining Queensborough National Bank & Trust, Troy spent 12 years with the Medical College of Georgia Foundation and the University Health Care Foundation as the Director of Planned Giving and Chief Development Officer, respectively. Troy holds an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and a graduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is also a graduate of the Cannon Trust School and holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation. He is also a Certified Financial Planner. Troy sits on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Augusta Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Savannah Estate Planning Council.
