Do you have to bank with Queensborough to have a Q Merchant Services account?

It is preferred but not required.

How competitive are the Q Merchant Services prices compared to other places?

Our pricing is highly competitive. We strive to match or beat your current rates, and if we’re unable to do so, we’ll always be transparent and upfront about it.

Is there a hold on funds (or are they made available the same/next day)?

Funds are typically available the next business day after your batch is processed, as long as it's submitted before the daily cutoff time. For example, batches from Monday through Thursday fund the next day, Friday and Saturday batches fund on Monday, and Sunday batches fund on Tuesday.

What do I need to provide Q Merchant Services to get a quote?

If you are currently processing with another company, we need 2 months of statements from your current merchant provider. If you are not currently accepting card payments, we are happy to walk you through the different options that are available.
