Cynthia Stephens is a banking professional whose career reflects resilience, faith, service, and a strong commitment to helping others. Raised in Cofield, North Carolina, a small Indian village connected to the Merrihian tribe, Cynthia developed an early appreciation for community, confidence, and meaningful relationships.

She began her banking career in 2007 with Provident Bank in Frederick, Maryland, and continued serving customers through roles with M&T Bank and PNC Bank. In 2021, Cynthia joined Queensborough as a Head Teller, where her leadership, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service led to her promotion to Assistant Manager in 2023 and Branch Operations and Service Manager in 2025.

Known for her warmth, charisma, and ability to connect with customers and colleagues, Cynthia brings both experience and compassion to her work each day. She is also enrolled to finish pursuing her degree in Business Administration at Savannah Technical Community College.

Outside of the branch, she volunteers quarterly with the Salvation Army homeless shelter, speaking on financial education and supporting community events. A proud mother and grandmother, Cynthia is guided by her Christian faith and continues to inspire others through perseverance, service, and purpose.
