Queensborough employees Freda Jackson and Cody Creswell were both recently promoted to Banking Officers. Both Jackson and Creswell work in the bank’s Operations Department.

Freda leads the bank’s Customer Information, New Account Review, and IRA Teams. She has been in banking for 22 years and a part of Queensborough’s Retail Operations Team for the last four years.

Cody serves as the Area Operations Consultant for our digital teams that include the QNBTNOW Customer Care and ITM Tellers. He also serves as the manager of our Cash Services team.  Cody is also responsible for maintaining and updating retail procedures on the intranet. He joined the Retail Operations Team three years ago and has been in banking for seven years.
