Alexandra Rivera-Bankston serves as the Assistant Branch Manager at the Pooler branch. Her experience includes 15 years in customer service and three years in the banking industry. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Alex relocated to Georgia in 2018, where she has continued building her career in financial services.

Known for her commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, Alex enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right financial solutions to meet their needs.

Outside of work, she loves crafting, reading, spending quality time with her family, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
