Queensborough Branch Open in Pooler

Queensborough National Bank and Trust Company is excited to serve the Pooler community with a new, state-of-the-art bank branch. Queensborough held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 3rd to celebrate the grand opening of the new branch located at 1559 Pooler Parkway.

The branch is the only one of its kind in the area and is the 27th Queensborough location. It features an open-concept lobby and incorporates the latest banking technology for enhanced transactions and service. The lobby includes large digital displays for financial education and community messages.

The bank is staffed with universal bankers rather than traditional tellers and customer service representatives, which enables customers to complete most transactions with one person. A commercial banker, mortgage lender and wealth advisers also are on staff. Tony Gray serves as the branch manager.

“Expanding into Pooler is a natural progression of our local growth plan. This level of investment is a demonstration of our long-term commitment to the community,” said Mike English, Queensborough’s Senior Vice President and Coastal Region Manager. “We already have a number of customers in Pooler, and this is the ideal location from which to serve our customers and attract new business with our style of community banking.”

The Pooler drive-thru houses two ITMs. These QNBTNOW ITMs feature teller assistance via live video stream. In addition to normal ATM functions, customers can make deposits of cash or checks, make loan and credit card payments, withdraw funds, cash checks, transfer funds and more. A centralized team of tellers can process transactions during extended hours, including Saturdays.

Founded in 1902, Queensborough National Bank & Trust Co. is celebrating 120 years of community banking in Georgia. Queensborough was named Best Small Bank in Georgia for 2021 by Newsweek and has 27 locations throughout the state. For more information, visit www.QNBTRUST.bank and find Queensborough on FacebookTwitterLinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
