Troy specializes in estate and financial planning, fiduciary money management, trust administration, execution, and guidance for customers across the entire Queensborough footprint.

Troy has been with Queensborough for over 13 years; previously spending 12 years with the Medical College of Georgia Foundation and the University Health Care foundation as the Director of Planned Giving and Chief Development Officer, respectively. Troy holds an undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and a graduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is also a graduate of the Cannon Trust School and holds both the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner designations.
