Queensborough National Bank and Trust has always put customers first. Today, that means investing in a number of Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) to better serve their customers.
QNBTNOW ITMs provide a new and convenient way for customers to bank. ITMs provide an in-branch banking experience without ever having to leave the car. Customers can now interact with Queensborough tellers via live video streaming to make deposits of cash or checks, cash checks, make loan and credit card payments, withdraw funds and transfer funds. Exact change is available for check cashing.
QNBTNOW utilizes a centralized team of tellers, located in the QNBTNOW Customer Care Center in Augusta, who can process teller transactions during extended hours, even when the branch is closed. QNBTNOW Tellers are accessible from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. In addition to ITM service, the QNBTNOW Customer Care Team also provides customer support via phone (1.855.QNBTNOW) during the same extended hours.

QNBTNOW ITMs are available at Queensborough branches on Fury’s Ferry Road, Walton Way Ext. and Tobacco Road in Augusta and in Sandersville, Louisville, Wadley and Waynesboro. Additional locations will be rolled out later this year.
