Queensborough Welcomes Tim Hutchings as Vice President, Commercial Banker

Queensborough National Bank & Trust is proud to announce the addition of Tim Hutchings as Vice President, Commercial Banker serving the Coastal Region. Hutchings will be based out of the bank’s Rincon office, located at 597 South Columbia Avenue.

A graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University, Hutchings has built a successful career over the past two decades serving clients across the Coastal Georgia and South Carolina region. Known for his deep market knowledge and personal approach, Hutchings is well-positioned to support the bank’s mission of helping businesses achieve their financial goals.

Since moving to Effingham County in 2007, Hutchings has remained actively involved in the community. He is a founding member of the Savannah Area Advisory Council for Make-A-Wish Georgia, has served on multiple local school councils and was a Booster Club Officer at South Effingham Middle School. He also volunteers as a boat captain for the South Effingham High School Bass Fishing Team, supporting local youth.

Hutchings lives in Guyton with his wife, an art teacher at South Effingham Elementary School, and their two daughters, who attend the Effingham County STEM Academy. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, restoring classic cars, fishing, and hunting.

Hutchings’s extensive experience and local knowledge align with Queensborough’s commitment to providing customers with local expertise and personalized service.

“Tim brings a strong foundation of customer relationships and an excellent understanding of our local market,” says J. Michael English, Queensborough EVP and Coastal Region President. “As we continue to grow the bank in this area, we’re excited to have someone with such deep community ties and commercial expertise join the team.”
