The Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce and Augusta Magazine have named Beth James among the Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals to Watch in 2021. She is Vice President and Marketing Director of Queensborough National Bank and Trust.

Beth joined Queensborough in November to lead the bank's strategic marketing and advertising initiatives. She earned her MBA and BBA in marketing from Georgia Southern University and is currently attending Georgia Banking School.

James is a member of Leadership Augusta Class of 2020 and currently sits on the Board for Leadership Augusta. She is also an alumna of the Junior League of Augusta and Young Professionals of Augusta.

“It’s an honor to be recognized alongside such an inspirational group of Augustans,” James said. “As Augustans, we have an opportunity to reach out to people, get plugged in and create real change in our community. This city has already accomplished a lot. I know this group and many more will continue to push our community forward.”

The Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals to Watch was developed in 2009 by the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Augusta Magazine, to annually highlight 10 young professionals (age 25-35) in the Augusta Region in order to expand recognition for Augusta’s young professionals throughout Georgia.
