Robert Blair Promoted to Hinesville Market Manager

Queensborough National Bank & Trust Company is proud to announce the promotion of Robert Blair to Market Manager of our Hinesville branch.

Blair joined Queensborough in January 2022, beginning his tenure as a Loan Officer in Statesboro. Since then, he has distinguished himself as a trusted advisor to clients, a respected colleague, and an engaged community leader. His advancement is a well-earned recognition of the substantial impact he has made from the start.

Holding a BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University, Blair brings a robust academic foundation to his role, augmented by over eight years of banking experience and six years in insurance and wealth-management services. He recently completed the Georgia Banking School’s Class of 2025, furthering his professional development and leadership growth.

Beyond his technical expertise, Blair is deeply committed to service. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Kennedy Pond Conservancy, having previously served on the board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Coastal Plains Area Board and as a graduate of the Leadership Bulloch Class of 2019.

In his personal time, Blair enjoys outdoor activities, golfing, and officiating high-school football in Georgia. He is an avid Georgia Southern football supporter and an active member of CenterPoint Community Church in Rincon. He resides in Brooklet with his wife Laura and their two daughters.

Blair offered this reflection on his journey with Queensborough, “...being a part of Queensborough means being a part of a team that truly values community. It is an opportunity to make a real impact by helping customers reach their goals knowing that we’re always ready to meet their needs with personalized support and genuine care.”

We are confident that Robert Blair will lead the Hinesville team with the care, expertise, and community-focus that embody the Queensborough way. If you are in the area, we invite you to stop by and meet Robert—or contact him today for assistance with your financial needs.
